There was an artist doing a similar thing with scanning, it would have been about 15 or more years ago, and she referred to Anna's work ... saw herself as following in Anna's footsteps, so to speak.

Now, of course, I have forgotten HER name.

Her scans were beautiful, some robust looking images and others almost ethereal.

The Weekend Magazine of The AGE did a three or four page spread on it, iirc.

This may be an interesting read. What I have read of it so far by finding mentions of Anna Atkins in the text have been.

Josie Iselin? She's worked with seaweeds, although she uses a scanner rather than cyanotypes.
